All items in our catalog pass strict operational checks before dispatch. Your equipment is packed using industrial-grade, heavy-duty commercial shipping containers and protective freight wrap layers. This guarantees your heavy cultivation hardware, electronic ballast lines, and ventilation systems arrive completely secure and fully protected against handling stress during transit.
2. Processing Thresholds & Transit Windows
Because we sync inventory directly with direct supplier fulfillment centers to minimize operational overhead, standard order validation, payment clearing, and secure warehouse packing routines require 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched from our supplier hub network, standard ground transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your target facility location.
3. Continental US Shipping Limits
We provide tracked ground shipping services exclusively to the continental United States. At this time, we do not coordinate freight distribution routes to Alaska, Hawaii, domestic offshore territories, or international global addresses due to carrier size restrictions on commercial-tier industrial cargo volumes.
4. Special Infrastructure Regulations (Soil & Liquid Fertilizers)
Please note that high-volume weight loads—such as palletized premium soils, dense substrate amendments, or bulk concentrated liquid plant nutrients—must be routed via standard freight ground transport under federal transit regulations. These specialized items cannot be expedited via overnight or air cargo pathways due to legal hazardous materials and transit weight classification restrictions.

Every order is provisioned with a secure, trackable shipment reference number sent automatically to your verified email profile upon warehouse departure. Indoor Hydroponic Supply handles full tracking liability until the parcel status fields are officially updated to “Delivered” by our domestic commercial carrier networks.
