Thank you for sourcing your gear with the indoorhydroponic team. We stand behind our equipment, and if something isn’t working perfectly for your cultivation setup, we are here to make it right.
📦 30-Day Return Standard
Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To verify eligibility for a full refund, items must fulfill the following criteria:
- Condition: Completely unused, unassembled, and in pristine condition.
- Packaging: Sealed securely inside the original, unaltered manufacturer packaging.
- Verification: Accompanied by an order receipt, invoice number, or account confirmation.
🧪 Excluded Inventory Categories
To guarantee biological safety and chemical product integrity, we do not accept returns on opened liquid nutrient formulas, active supplements, pH media, grow plugs, or components marked as final sale items.
⚡ Damaged or Defective Items
If your lighting or climate control hardware arrives with transit damage or electrical defects, capture clear digital photographs of the items and the packaging material. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a prepaid return shipping label and coordinate a replacement shipment immediately.
💳 Refund Clearances
Once your return tracking registers delivery at our center and passes physical inspection, we will email your confirmation. Approved returns are credited straight back to the original payment method. Processing intervals vary by bank, but credit balances typically post within 5 to 7 business days.
